Hotel Manoir Victoria

Had to go to Quebec for a funeral. Staff were so friendly, it almost made me forget the reason for my visit. The hotel is in charming, old Quebec City. It has modern rooms with very comfortable beds. The restaurant is run by Boulay and...the food is incredible. Canadian sourced with spices, vegetables from the Boreal forest nearby. An ecletic mix of sweet, sour, crunchy, smooth that delights the palate. I can't say enough about the food. It was superb! There is also a coffee shop on the ground floor that has decadent pastries and sweets, Small staff, so be prepared for a line up. The wait is worth it. The one challenge was that there is a big flight of stairs to get to the lobby from the ent...

I am pleased with our decision to stay at this hotel because I really enjoyed the convenient location. It was close to many attractions, yet the street was quiet. I usually prefer hotels that offer complimentary breakfast for convenience, but unfortunately, this hotel did not have that amenity. Our room had a small queen bed with limited space to move around. I would suggest booking a room with beds instead, as they are more spacious. The room also included a mini bar that can be used as a fridge, but there was no microwave. The front desk staff was very helpful, but housekeeping was inconsistent and did not replenish items such as Kleenex, laundry bags, or coffee packages.

Delighted to share yet another stellar review for Hotel Manoir Victoria. We were fortunate enough to get the last room available for busy Xmas break (Dec and although we were on the first floor and not facing on to Rue St. Jean, we...were happy. Very quiet, room extremely clean and well-appointed, shower with great pressure and tons of hot water perfect for warming up after a long day of trekking around in degrees in lower Quebec! Absolutely wonderful. Our trip, and we will be back.

The rooms are comfortable, neither spacious nor cramped, with plenty of outlets, a roomy bathroom, excellent mattress, and easy to control heating. Maid service was thorough and quick. The breakfast buffet was superb: scrambled eggs, quiche, omelet, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, many pastries, terrific...coffee. All of it was top quality. Welcoming and attentive service. This hotel is in a great location for exploring Quebec. I had a problem with my first room, the air con was stuck on hot and then when they got it working it banged all night. Plus there was building work on the hotel that...started at eventually I was moved to another room which was lovely. This is a comfortable and well equipped hotel, The coffee shop is excellent

We were part of a small tour group that stayed at this hotel and had our farewell dinner at its restaurant. We had a fixed menu with several choices for each course so can't comment on the public menu. While service was a bit slow,...the food was excellent and would give the restaurant another try on our own if we had the chance.

The restaurant has a fantastic location in the heart of the city. Valet parking is a breeze, and the hotel is top-notch – very clean and well-maintained. Our rooms were incredibly spacious and offered a stunning view.

The hotel is great, and the location is excellent. The room is very nice, with a good size, the pool is excellent (my kids enjoyed it very much). The attention of the personal is great too. Réservez une table maintenant
