Hotel-Restaurant Edelweiss

We were happy enough to pass the Hotel Edelweiss in search of vegetarian options. While no extensive menu for vegetarians, it had everything we needed. The staff was pleased to book a table on the terrace for us and we returned later to enjoy a delicious meal. The terrace tables were shaded and welcoming and the food was perfect. A special highlight was our waiter who was so friendly and attentive. We speak (and read) some German, but sometimes fight. He was patient with us and made us very welcome. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing meal or drinks in a beautiful location, Hotel Edelweiss is what you are looking for.

Our entire experience was first rate! Excellent food and drink, our waiter was so sweet and after the meal in the bar there was a traditional Tyrollean dancing and music show. This made our first time in Austria a truly memorable event. I felt it was very reasonably priced for a resort town. I live in a very popular ski town in the States and the prices were better here and the service better too. A lovely time in a beautiful setting. Would come back again for sure.

Another wonderful visit to Edelweiss two years after the last. The food is to die, and the service is really friendly and efficient. The a la carte menu is fantastic, and despite its size, the place has a really good atmosphere.

We don't have much for leaving the hotel for dinner at night. The hotel's restaurant was indeed very satisfying, both in terms of food and drinks and service. Recommended!

Large portions, but not very well prepared. Simple tasteless and heavy. Service is friendly.
