Leider kann ich den freundlichen Service nicht bestätigen. In der Seeperle gab es einen Personalwechsel und das spürt man. Die Karte ist minimalistischer, aber gut, das Essen weiterhin hervorragend. Zunächst fehlte Besteck, das nicht nachgereicht wurde, die Brotbeilage vorweg wurde nur abgestellt, nicht erklärt, der Kellner musste betonen, dass er gesehen hat, wie auf die Tischdecke gekleckert wurde. Entschuldigung, aber das kann und darf passieren, dafür muss man seine Gäste nicht blamieren. Trotz Trinkgeld wurde nicht einmal einen schönen Abend gewünscht. Freundlichkeit ist anders. for me the absolutely best restaurant in whole new group and in the new group around. that simply eats super! an always changing menu always offers delicious dishes at every season. the entire staff is really friendly. the place leaves no wish open. at regular intervals
