I repeteadly called the hotel management to notify of my arrival at a very early morning hours. Even if I sent emails, and spent a good hour on the phone explaining this, when I arrived management did not acknowledge the communication and still charged me more on top of the rate I already paid. I only needed a few hours stay a concept that they could not understand and all my communications amounted to nothing.
Good is as good as it gets when it comes to bargain basement truckers stop F1 motel, shared toilets (rather iffy) but clean neat warm quiet rooms. staff here on-site 24/7 which is a bonus. good for a night on the road. our five year old loved the top bunk bed, even learnt not to stand up after a couple of bumps..
Price best of the city ,350 meters to metro sarts mons station , 5 minutes 3 stations to main gare du lille europe and flandres, aldi and intermarche on same platform nearby the hotel so you can have all you want in a minute beer coffee food.. nice neighborhood and safe calm
