This is the donut shop of my childhood and I was in the neighborhood so stopped by for the first time in decades. It was a little past 10 and they were nearly sold out of donuts... a testament to their deliciousness. I still managed to get 4 for my family. My only regret was not also ordering a ham and cheese croissant, another childhood favorite.They accept cash and credit card and service is fast and friendly. I don't know if the current owners are rated to the owners from over 20 years ago, but they're just as nice.
We ordered the #9 Ham, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant for $6 and the #12 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant for $5.50, along with a small tea for $2 and a small coffee for $2. Our total came to $15.50.
Everything was absolutely delicious! There are a few chairs inside for those who prefer to dine in. The place was quite busy when we arrived, which suggests that their donuts and overall customer service are top-notch.
Real old school donuts with an old school price. The donuts taste like the donuts I used to get as a kid, not the overpriced overbearing donuts of today. I got a jelly filled, a chocolate bar, a sprinkle, a glazed twist and a dozen donut holes for 6.50, which is a steal in today's economy. Also, this business is family owned which is always a plus.
Yuck. Lady who made my croissant egg didn't wear gloves and was cleaning something right before. I saw her trying to get dirt off her hands before she made my food. Egg was premade/cold...and she warmed it in the microwave to melt cheese. Glazed donut was mid. Coffee was ok. Never again

I've been coming to this place since I was 6 years old, and I can honestly say they have the best donuts around compared to other shops. The service is fantastic, but don't expect any freebies like another reviewer seemed to think. Lol!
Delicious donuts and fantastic breakfast sandwiches! The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
