this underground position with narrow stairs could represent a challenge for some. the place is on a cute narrow road opposite a train stop with a lot of shops. the dining room is spacious and bright. the personal is friendly and attentive. there is a lunch buffet option for 14.95, the 4 vegetarian items and 1 vegan offered. the selection of menus allows a larger vegan choice. Indian eating is a food for me during my more than 30 years as veg. this place offered high-quality eating and more attentive service than similar place I visited in the opposite of boston.

This was very disappointing. We had hoped for something flavorful and memorable. Not in the least. We had the cucumber salad, garlic naan, chicken saag, and lamb kebab. The lamb was tough but had some flavor under a creamy vegetable sauce. The spinach in the chicken saag tasted burnt. The ingredients in the salad were flavorless, indicating cheap sourcing. The garlic naan was passable. What’s worse is that I coaxed my wife into trying something out of her comfort zone. I’ve lost my restaurant-picking privileges at least for sometime to come. Won’t go back.

that was very disappointing. we had hoped for something tasteful and unforgettable. not least. we had the gurkensalat, garlic naan, chicken salad and lamb kebab. the lamb was hard, but had some taste under a creamy sweet sauce. the spinach in the chicken silk tasted burned. the ingredients in the salat were tasteless, which on cheap procurement. the garlic can was perfect. worse still is that I made my wife try something out of her comfort zone. I have lost my restaurant-picking privileges at least for some time. will not go back.

Nice to have an Indian restaurant at this location. The food was mixed (perhaps the result of having such an extensive menu), but overall not as good as it should have been for the price point. The restaurant was way too dark; hard to even read the menu. Hopefully they will adjust with more experience I will wait a while and then probably try it again. Réservez une table maintenant

I have just dined at House of tandoor for the third time and I must say it is an excellent Indian restaurant. I love Indian food and house of tandoor’s menu is as varied as any Indian restaurant I’ve ever dined in. Great atmosphere, incredibly great food, and decent service. For me it’s a local restaurant so I plan on going back often.

Quite good food and generous portions. I think the only restaurant I have been to lately in this price range that didn't over-salt the food, which is extremely welcome. A better chef than most Indian restaurants, I would say! We will definitely be back!

We love their weekend lunch buffet since you get to sample everything and not commit yourself to just one entree. A nice quiet restaurant to enjoy the people you are with.

this Indian Nepalese restaurant serves consistently good food. the manager is very friendly and happy to help a selection from the Daunting menu.
