Connected with a fellow foodie last week and she suggested we meet at housewife.kc for brunch; a place I’ve been meaning to try since it opened. WOW!!! A cozy little place where before you even open the door to enter, enchanting aromas of earthy spices swirling in the air are enticing you to indulge. We had the SALMON TOAST**Whipped garlic chive cream cheese generously slathered a rustic slice of bread, topped with smoked salmon, pickled red onions and micro greens. Get here NOW!! This isn't about oh what a cute place in Grandview this place needs to be visited no matter where you live in the surrounding Kansas City area. You won't feel like you are in KC to start with when you step in. Beautiful tile floors, plants galore, and then the smells of the food hit you. From daily soups that are worth getting out of bed for to THE avocado toast that is hands down the best avocado toast you will ever eat. Yep, ever. Now get over to Housewife in Grandview, MO now.

Such a wonderful place. The food is spectacular! Everything is delicious here, I personally love their almond croissant! Hands down best croissants in Kansas City! Anna and her staff are so friendly. If you haven’t stopped by yet be sure to.

Love it! Wonderful vibe, very clean, delicious food, and very friendly staff. The avocado toast was amazing. We also really enjoyed the biscuit and gravy (it’s huge and the almond croissant. Definitely coming back.

Delicious boutique food, gourmet bread, and a pride in their coffee. Not cheap, but fairly priced and worth it.
