a nice little caffe ran from the church of england. cozy environment and the suppe I once had was nice. also this is a good hub for community events. In the past, it was a bit nicer when all the furniture was mixed and coordinated, and there was more art on the walls, but now it is uniform and white. each to his own. would get 5 stars when the old furnatur and art came back and if it did not show so much religion.
The staff here are extremely friendly, and I enjoyed a large flat white along with delicious toast topped with generous servings of butter and jam in cute little pots. As someone who considers themselves a bit of a café connoisseur, I can be hard to impress, but Huddle exceeded my expectations! The restroom was very clean, and they also have facilities for baby changing, which is a great bonus.
Friendly atmosphere and lunch menu was middle of the road but nicely presented, staff friendly, decor has some amusing quirks, like old pews (it us under a church) air plants hanging in the windows, child, young person and grand parent friendly. Good place to meet and chat.
The staff were friendly, and the homemade cakes were delightful. The chocolate banana cake stood out as particularly delicious, while the carrot cake was also quite enjoyable. Réservez une table maintenant
The vegan latte and cake slices were excellent. The prices are reasonable, and they offer sustainable options. Plus, the seating area is lovely.
