While I think the food was good- I don’t think you’re coming here for the food. This is the type of restaurant you come to bc it’s fun, the view is amazing and it just has a nyc buzzy restaurant vibe even though it’s not in the city.The Mexican corn was amazing. The salad was fresh- The rest of the food was fine- will def be back though bc it’s a fun place. I’m not drinking now but their cocktails looks really fun.We snagged two seats at the bar which was nice. As there was no wait. Otherwise we would have had to wait 30 minutes for a table. I like that you just fill out a form to order- it’s very smart because the restaurant is pretty loud and made ordering food very fast and simple.
This place was fantastic. The menu was interesting and relatively diverse (within tacos). The tacos were reasonably priced and tasty. The day we were there the (really good) waiter recommend the ribs special. I will never forget those ribs. They were in a hot and sweet sauce that I could have drank out of a cup. There was plenty of things on the menu besides tacos too. The empanada was the best I ever had (even better than my own). We also got to sit outside on a beautiful summer day and had a great view of the river.
The people of Newburgh are very lucky to have this taco restaurant so close by. I am from Chicago and I cannot find anything that’s half as good as what I’m eating right now.This is my second order from Hudson taco and I’m enjoying it thoroughly. It’ll probably be two meals. Because it’s very heavy on the quinoa. Which is perfect because then I can make a breakfast dish out of it.The both times of eating this food has been exquisite. I highly highly recommend Hudson taco.Very Loud if you dine in.
None of us in my group had dined here before, and we all had a fantastic experience with our meals. The tacos are small, which is great because it allows you to sample a variety of flavors. I suggest ordering 2 to 3 tacos per person, and don't skip the sides and appetizers—definitely leave room for dessert too! You’ll be quite full by the end of your meal. The guacamole is fresh, and the plantains are delicious. The Citrus Shrimp tacos and the Korean BBQ tacos were particularly tasty. Réservez une table maintenant
Over looking the Hudson, sipping beers and margaritas, what more can you ask for. Let me add the tacos are incredible. By far the best Baja taco I've ever had. The salsa was hearty and had a little kick at the end. Finished off with some warm churros. The passing train was a welcomed Thanks for everything EmilyFood: 5/5
Great place to eat it has good food and a fantastic view. The tacos are $3 $4 each and come in fun flavors (Korean short rib, citrus shrimp, etc).We sat outside on the spacious patio (the train did pass by once for several minutes). Would definitely return and recommend a visit here.Food: 5/5
The tacos were absolutely delicious! The menu features a wide variety of unique options that are fantastic. The street corn was equally tasty. I felt the same way about the drinks—they were amazing! I just wish I lived closer; I would definitely become a regular here.
