Hummingbird Restaurant provides delicious food and excellent service in a clean atmosphere. We absolutely love their creamy chicken and rice soup, especially on Sundays, served with garlic toast. They even offer free refills for the soup bowls! In the photo, you can see my husband enjoying it with his breakfast—he really can't resist it. I was in the mood for a pub-style burger and was curious if it would be as good here, considering everything else we've tried has been tasty. To my delight, I ordered a fantastic half-pound burger with fries, and it came with a bowl of soup! The service was great as well. They've made some renovations during their downtime, and the servers are seating tables...
Good food , really big portions but maybe it's just me but too much food xD. I don't know if they have a option for just half the food but if they don't I'd suggest that. People where friendly. The atmosphere was ok, but I'd say get rid of the tv's and maybe have something like family talk cards or something. I had the tortella soup with the vodka chicken pasta both where exeptionally good, I remember not really caring for the chicken so much though it could of been better. What a wonderful find! I can't believe I just stumbled upon this gem! Don't let the slightly outdated decor deter you; the food here is exceptional! I ordered a spinach and feta omelet with hash browns, and I also indulged in the red velvet pancakes, which I had been craving, and they were absolutely amazing! My dad opted for the regular pancakes with thick-cut bacon and declared them the best pancakes he's ever had! The place was quite empty at 11 AM on a Friday, and our food came out promptly. I’m already excited for my next visit!
We were recommended Hummingbird by a close friend who couldn’t stop raving about it. I ordered the Greek skillet, while my wife chose the turkey avocado sandwich. My skillet was loaded with more gyro meat than you’d typically find in a gyro sandwich! The turkey sandwich was equally impressive. My wife loved the fries that accompanied her meal—they were crunchy and not greasy at all. The service was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous; we even had to request takeout containers. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is such a cute find! I can't believe I only just discovered it! Don't let the kind of work interior deter you, this place has great food! I got a spinach and feta inlet with hash browns- for the sidd they let me do the red velvet pancakes (that'sreally what I wanted anyhow) and they were amaaaaaaazing! My dad got regular pancakes with some really thick bacon and he saidhis were the best pancakes he ever had! It was fairly empty at 11am on a Friday, and the food came quickly. I'm already planningto come back!
My husband and I found this gem a few months ago. The other comments about the interior is ridiculous. I think the restaurant has a welcoming vibe. It may not be fancy, but I enjoy seeing the hummingbird art. I believe this is a family owned place. Thefood is really good and the wait staff has always been polite to us. We usually go here for breakfast. The original pancakestaste like cake batter to me. I love it! The fried pickles and cheeseburger are really good too.
What an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Reuben, while my sister enjoyed her favorite breakfast dish. The food was fantastic, and the entire waitstaff was attentive and ensured we were well taken care of, not just our assigned server. You truly feel looked after the whole time!
The waitress and waiter were fantastic, and the food was fresh and served hot. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. I loved having pots of coffee on the table as an added bonus! I highly recommend this very clean restaurant!

I tried the fish tacos, and they were incredibly fresh and crispy! My friend enjoyed the salmon kebab with rice, which was also freshly made and delicious! This place is truly a hidden gem, and I definitely plan to return!
