I love going here. Tonight the people working were overflowed with what looked like a large party of 25 people, and other reservations and walk ins. The staff held their own and was keeping everyone updated with their reservations, wait times and pick up orders. The hostess Katie was popping off and keeping everyone informed and keeping her cool. I saw her answer the phone over and over again while still greeting new people walking in, a server named Thano I believe, was also working hard getting people seated and keeping up with reservations. A big shoutout to this server I didn’t get his name but one server was checking out the whole party of 25 on his own when one of the party goers came...
This is our favorite Chinese food in town. We always get take out and watch basketball for Christmas. They made it easy to order ahead and pick up when we were ready. Staff is so nice! The food is always so good! The kiwi shrimp is our favorite 6/29 This was our first visit since it changed owners and the food is still the best. Service was so fast and attentive. So glad its still the same great place. 12/25 Got our annual Christmas dinner and as usual it was soo yummy. The green beans were especially amazing today. I dont know how they do it but they were cooked perfectly.
We walked in about 6:30 p.m. sort of busy but got seated right away. My dish was the Hunan scallops and a brown spicy sauce 8 scallops of a very good size cooked to perfection mixed in with some vegetables for$24. My wife had the Hunan Pearl lo mein for $15. The food was excellent the service was excellent. As we live in Yamhill and we have a Chinese restaurant 10 mi away in Forest Grove that is excellent and we will continue to go there.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the pdx metro area. Not very authentic but delicious. They will accommodate allergies and reasonable requests. We typically order the general tso's chicken (light on the sauce and the veggie fried rice without water chestnuts and mushrooms. The chicken is crispy and flavorful and not suggy due to the light sauce. The fried rice is light and filled with yummy veggies. Réservez une table maintenant
My Sister I Ordered Take Out. She Ordered Sweet Sour Chicken I Ordered My Favorite Hunan Pearl Cashew Chicken. Jim, Who Took Our Order, Was Amazing To Deal With, So Warm Friendly. We Couldn’t Be Happier With Everything, Including The 6 Fortune Cookies I Asked For. Food Was Still Very Warm Once Home. DELICIOUS!
I probably shouldn't have chosen a Chinese restaurant for Lunar New Year. The service was quite disappointing; dishes were served really late, and there was no server around to take drink orders. While my friends who have dined there before praise the food, they consistently mention issues with the service.
The flavors are enjoyable and there's a nice variety to choose from. However, the service can be inconsistent—sometimes a bit inattentive or slow. The hot and sour soup is tasty, as are the potstickers and several main courses. Unfortunately, the cocktails leave much to be desired.
