I just got off to a manager by the name of Peter. I ordered 2 burgers to get delivered which cost $35.65. I have uploaded a picture of the order and when I rang to find out what 's going on with the order, he laughed in my face and said and I quote Not our problem . He kept questioned me who was it through...I kept saying it was through the Hungry Jacks app and it doesn 't show me who was meant to be delivering it Not that it should be my problem). I did say to Peter which refused to give me his surname so I can go in and explain what happened the following day to the manager on duty. I just had the best, and hottest burger and fries ever. The chicken bacon and cheese burger was amazing. It was fresh and well made. The chips, hot and the staff were friendly. Honestly the best food I've had at a Hungry Jack's or Macca's to be honest. Just glad I had a good fresh lunch on my busy day today because you never know how it's going to be. Kids working there too busy chatting and laughing with each other. Burger and chips both stone cold. Shake not cold. All order obviously sitting there while the staff caught up on their social lives. The employees at the drive-thru were extremely impolite. It seems like they haven't been taught basic manners like greeting customers with a hello or thank you, or even smiling. Not only was the meal I ordered cold, but it was also missing items. The quality of both the food and service at this restaurant has been declining over the past few months.

25 minutes and waiting in drive thru. For 3 Storm ice cream. Ridiculous wait time. Shop not even busy. Drive thru has next to no cars. Spent more in fuel idling in waiting area then I spent on the food
