A restuarant that is familiar to most as having one of the best ribs on the market. With many locations we have visited their restuarants in Darling Harbour, Brighton Le- Sands and bondi. We always get the ribs and sometimes do a half half with a steak. The pork ribs basting is delicious but you won't find much meat on it, which is why we sometimes go for half and half option.
Both restaurants are very modern with beautiful views and always full to capacity so we definitely suggest you book in advance and don't leave it to the day before or on the night. With regards to price it is affordable but does head towards the pricy side especially if you plan on doing entree, main meal and dessert...
I ordered a beef burger with avocado for lunch yet upon taking my first bite, I knew Hurricane's had officially gone downhill. The brioche bun I'll admit was tasty, however its contents were disastrous. The avocado was brown and hard, and just thrown onto the burger making it very difficult to eat. Moreover, the beef patty came in an extremely irregular shape, causing the burger to fall apart and was very much overcooked as told by its chewiness. Complete with one small tomato, two pickles and a small piece of lettuce, this was far from a proportionate burger, and far off Bondi's usual standards. With so many excellent burger shops in the area, Hurricane's burgers prove redundant.
what an unpleasant experience! the food was ok but the service was so bad. we were a group of 5 and when we arrived at the restaurant, nobody care to lead our seats we have to ask someone to give us a table. someone took our plates, knives and forks without asking before our main course, so we have to ask them to bring us knives and forks. onw of the waitress totally ignored me and im pretty sure she saw me raise my hand to ask something, i hope its not because we are Asian looking. At rhe end I have to walk inside to ask somebody to bring us some knives, twice. service was so unprofessional.

This place is overrated. Expensive precooked food smothered in sweet sauce in a room filled with entitled r20 something kids who still live at home. When my friends suggest we go to Hurricanes I don't go. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that has good food and decent atmosphere. If you want a steak try La Macelleria
Le personnel était super sympathique et vous pouvez compter sur une table rapidement. Les côtes étaient excellentes avec de beaux arômes. L'ambiance, l'atmosphère, tout ici. Chaque dîner, ici il promet d'être une nuit amusante. Certainement recommander.
Staff were super friendly and you can rely on getting a table quick here. The ribs were excellent with beautiful flavours. The ambience,atmosphere its all here. Any dinner,here promises to be a fun night out. Definitely recommend.
Hurricanes serves up some of the best ribs I've had in my life, along with excellent service and smiling waiters. Beautiful restaurant right near Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach, great kids options too and a perfect family restaurant.

Hurricanes always hits the spot! Lamb ribs are my favourite and I always enjoy treating myself to one of the best rib joints in town. Yum! Can't wait to return !
