I had breakfast at the husky today. I'm not picky whatsoever and usually finish everything on my plate. I had 2 eggs, 4 sausages, potatoes, and 4 pieces of toast. The 2 poached eggs were probably the worst I've ever had. They were so sour I was gagging. The sausages were super salty...and I generally like salty things. I generally will never leave meat on my plate but I couldn't stomach the sausages. Potatoes and toast were fine. I couldn't finish it. Normally I wouldn't even say anything but I mentioned the sausages and asked about the eggs. The waitress said they dunk the eggs in vinegar so they don't stick together. The best place to stop before heading up the mountain. Had the breakfast special this morning, and the potatoes were taste y!!! Don't be influenced by the reviewer that said the portions were small they were perfect for the people in our group. And I just noticed something really cool as I was doing this review Google Maps lists the price of gas at the pump here. I don't believe I've noticed that previous to this.

One cannot drive the TCH with a child and pee at the planned stops, so we found ourselves here just looking for the washrooms. Ample parking, clean and well-equipped store, and bathrooms with plumbing which is more than I can say for most of our other unplanned stops in the mountains. The staff was friendly with us as we perused to select a snack, as well as familiar with other customers too; a great atmosphere.

Great pit stop on the Trans-Canada highway, west bound lane to Banff. A nice selection of snacks, drinks, great parking, easy ramp entrance, exit and clean bathrooms (comfort stations). We will stop here again, definitely. Thanks for continuing on ....

A great place to stop when travelling west. When we visited, the had the best gas prices in the area, and they offer a basic but hearty breakfast in the attached restaurant.

Ordered steak eggs. Received some manner of ground meat patty. It was mostly meat I think... it wasn't a steak.

Always good service! Great breakfast! If on way to Calgary or west worth stopping in for fuel or food!

Good prices in the area. Do note 94 octane gasoline is no longer available as of sometime this summer
