The Market Bistro - Réservation de table

As I said to the people at the restaurant, I have moved 10 years ago to Canada from Italy and their menu made me feel at home. Their carpaccio was outstanding, same for the mussels. I have not tried their pizza because I was too busy with the rest, so I left that to the kids. I also had a slice of lemon pie and it was made with real lemons. I also tried the chocolate cake and it was perfect too, not too sweet and perfectly warm. It was Sunday and they had a small and very busy crew working, so don't expect to go in and get your food as fast as any fast food. That is a REAL restaurant and quality needs time. I'll definitely go back!

We had a wonderful evening at Market Bistro, located a short drive from the main street in Canmore, and it was definitely worth the trip. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. To start, we enjoyed the carpaccio and the salmon and scallop tartare, which were standout dishes and absolutely delicious. For our main courses, I had the salmon and prawns while my partner opted for the spaghetti carbonara. The portions were just right—not too large, but satisfying. Our server, Charu, was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great night!

Had an excellent meal! The service was great, and the food so fresh and flavourful. My husband and I came for my 40th birthday, and we were not disappointed. We started with the muscles, then I had the flat iron steak, my husband had the pappardelle. Everything was cooked perfectly and so full of flavour. We can't say enough about our experience here. We highly recommend you give this place a try. If we lived in Canmore we'd be regulars.

An excellent experience all around! Very friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, super-clean space, fast service. Best of all, fantastic food! The food is reasonably priced, extremely fresh with a Mediterranean flair. Something for everyone's tastes. I highly recommend this venue if you're looking for something special, fun, delicious and different. Reservations are a good idea. Réservez une table maintenant

I had an amazing experience in Canmore! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were warm and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! I especially recommend the Pollo Penne, Steak Panzanella, and Crème Brûlée. I highly suggest making a reservation!

This restaurant is truly one of the best hidden gems in Canmore. Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend trying the meatball appetizer, the chicken penne, and the tiramisu.

Great restaurant, kind and welcoming staff, quick service and delicious food. Loved the main dish and the dessert too. The waiter who helped us was Ryan, a young energetic fellow!
