We dined on the first evening after having booked in this restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere and welcome. We were very well received by a waitress who pampered us all evening and who spoke French. The dishes are delicious: burger for the first evening. We went back the next day, without having booked, since Google wouldn't allow it. We had the same welcome and the same service. Again, delicious meal: homemade gnocchi and bagel. We feasted. Icing on the cake: the homemade ice cream, not photographed too quickly eaten special mention for the chocolate ice cream, wonderful. Thank you for everything I highly recommend!
Wow!!! Absolute discovery!! Star cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. You can eat in many highly decorated restaurants around Lake Lucerne. The HYG has something that the others don't have. An incredibly inviting atmosphere with friendly service, top wines, warm-hearted hosts and excellent cuisine. The restaurant and the terrace are super cozy and the people who work here make this restaurant an absolute must visit! This is how gastronomy should be!! Bravo!! We look forward to coming back very soon!!
More unique than rare experience, the welcome and professionalism of the staff make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the front door. A welcoming and modern environment that recalls the nature that surrounds the city. The dishes on the menu represent an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors without forgetting the attention to detail. Fresh and high quality products. Would I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY YES! Congratulations to the Chef and all the staff!
My wife and I live in Florence, Italy, and the food there lacks care and attention to detail. This place is the opposite. Very high quality. Concern for the details of the environment, service, and food. Will come here every time we are in Switzerland. Among the most delightful experiences I’ve had in a while.
