This was our first time to try this. It was great!!!! We tried a Mac bowl, a grilled cheese and a combination of both. We did build your own and one of their signature bowls. All was good and we would definitely go again. As far as the service it was exceptional. Christian F. was polite, friendly, quick and thorough with his service for us. I run a full service restaurant in New Orleans and good staff members right now are really hard to find. I Heart Mac Cheese is lucky to have him. Christian if you ever find yourself in the NO area looking for a job, come see me.
We used to love this place, but lately it has just been the worst. The service is awful when there is no one in there! The employees seem lazy and clueless all the time. We received this “sandwich” in our to go order today. Does that look like a sandwich to you? Also, both of orders didn’t come with the tomato soup dipper or tatter tots that’s are “included.” Just so disappointed with this place!
Customer service was amazing! I ordered something that I thought would be different (my fault it was clearly on the menu). Our server noticed I didn’t eat much and offered to make me something else. I told her it was no big deal, it was on me…she insisted. You could tell she wanted me to be happy with the food and service provided, and we were. Our family will for sure come back here again.
My experience was actually not at I Heart Mac and Cheese, but instead next door at Antro Bar on Jimmy Johnson in Port Arthur, Texas. Amid a little mixed up with waitstaff, the GM Troy came over and made my virgin experience here worth while. The drinks were great and the wings are excellent. Troy is a Godsend. If you're in the area, try them out. I highly recommend.

Two young employees, the young lady named Madison and I didn't catch the young man's name. But they were both extremely and astronomically FANTASTIC!! So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just all around well mannered! First time at one of these chains. I guarantee just because of how well I was treated I'll be back and will visit more along the way!!

this experience was from the beginning a chaos! I ordered about doordash, and only 3 of the 5 ordered items were delivered to me. of the 3 articles that arrived, 2 were made wrong and all 3 were simple. more

Got the Cuban Grilled Cheese. Pretty bland, Not alot of flavor to it. Sweet tea was good.
We tried the Lobster mac and cheese, it was so good! Friendly staff
