Nous étions là-bas à l'heure du déjeuner, c'était presque vide, donc encore plus relaxant. Une petite suggestion idiote serait encore meilleure si les petites tables de personnes étaient orientées pour permettre aux deux personnes à la table de regarder par la fenêtre, car il y a une belle vue sur le canal. petits verres de vin, un café et un euro liqueur à l'heure du déjeuner. Pas super bon marché, mais prix très décent pour une très bonne qualité et une ambiance ambiante
I Monelli is very atmospheric, and used to be a much better place to dine. On this occasion, the service was chaotic and disorganised, and the dishes, particularly the main courses, sea bass (reluctantly filleted) and chicken in a mushroom cream sauce, were nowhere near the standard you would expect in a Dublin restaurant in its price category. We were hungry but neither of us cleared our plates. Perhaps the experience would have been better if we had stuck to pasta?
