Ice Cream Charlies

Would come occasionally, I don’t always feel welcome since I arrive later in the day for ice cream but for some reason today was even worse.I came in first to order my ice cream and then my brother came in after. All seemed well but once my brother came in the workers looked nervous and rushed me along. The place was empty. There was no need for the rushing but the employees looked uncomfortable with our presence.Well in the process of rushing me along they must have used the same scoop for my vegan ice cream. The main sign being my tongue started to swell.Thanks, usually the service is alright and the vegan ice cream is fantastic but today was just really bad.Really disappointed in the atti...

Ice Cream shop is cute and has friendly staff attending and greeting everyone that comes in. There was no line, so it was a little disorganized; but it didn't seem to be a big issue as everyone knows who's turn it was to order up. They have a nice variety of ice creams and even an entire section dedicated to Vegan. This is a Cash Only business, so make sure you bring cash with you.My only reason for not giving it the 5 stars is because with the technology we have in place today, I would think that they would at least offer CashApp, Venmo or Zelle. I know of some businesses that run Cash Only and do offer these options as for payment.

Ice Cream Charlie’s has always been our go-to for ice cream cake. But really? This handwriting is AWFUL. It looks like a kindergartener wrote this. Words going off the side, not centered and terrible penmanship. Not to mention the smudges in “Dad”. Really disappointed and embarrassed to serve this. Wish I could’ve wrote it myself. Do NOT get a written message if getting an ice cream cake.

Ice Cream Charlie offers the most delicious ice cream I've ever had. They serve old-fashioned, homemade ice cream without any of the strange additives found in many other products. Their selection of flavors is fantastic! Just be aware that they only accept cash, so make sure to come prepared. Réservez une table maintenant

I guess the person did not take my order on what I asked. I asked for strawberry, butterpeacan and kokos mandelchip. instead I got Choco chip, butter peacan and strawberry. good thing is not allergic to chocolate.
