Ice House Sports Grill

I am continually surprised by this place. While the old Golden Corral exterior might not suggest it, inside lies a hidden gem serving fantastic burgers, sandwiches, and more. The side salad rivals and surpasses those of most major chains. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy, and topped with crispy bacon. The fries had a light batter, resulting in a crispy texture that far exceeds typical potato fries. They might not be the healthiest option, but they're delicious. The sweet tea is satisfyingly sweet for most southerners. Our waiter, Andrew, was attentive and prompt with our service throughout the meal. We can’t wait to return and explore the many other options on the menu.

I called this morning because I have dined here several times and told they have breakfast. The person that answered was unable to assist with finding a breakfast menu online (stated she knows nothing about the website) and that the rest of the menu was available after 1030. Well, people have bad days so maybe that was it but customer service (over the phone) was not what I am used to compared to when I visit here. Our order was also incorrect and then the vegetables looked like they've been in the aluminum longer than I care to imagine. Usually good food and good service, will still go back though!

A few months ago, my partner and I had a dining experience here where everything seemed to go awry. I even posted a negative review about it. However, we decided to give it another shot tonight. This time, everything was perfect! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server was friendly and incredibly skilled. The receptionist mentioned that the cashier was Amenda P, but I'm not sure if our server was also named Amenda. I was too busy savoring the meal and appreciating her delightful personality to remember her name! Well done, ICE HOUSE! We will definitely be returning!

We've dined here a few times now, and I must say the food is quite good and reasonably priced. However, both visits saw us experiencing average service, which is why I can’t give it a five-star rating. My main issue with the service was that, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the staff was slow to check on drink refills. On both occasions, we found ourselves sitting with empty glasses, and those who ordered beer had to walk to the bar to request another round. Overall, it's a solid restaurant with quality food. Perhaps we just happened to visit on a couple of off nights. Réservez une table maintenant

This is my 3rd time dining here. Had take out once. Haven't disappointed yet. Salads, fish and wings are good. Beer battered onion rings are awesome just as the fried are.Club sandwich, best I can recall having. My last visit Pedro was our server. He was spot on with recommendations, very personable and kind. So we are back tonight looking for Pedro and going to try out the burgers this time. Seen them my last visit and they looked amazingly good. Prices, quality and quantity of the food is very notable.

I've enjoyed two lunches and a dinner at different times of the day, and each meal was prepared to order. The wings were particularly delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, with my glass always kept full. Everyone I dined with enjoyed their food and mentioned they would return. My only suggestion would be to minimize the variety of side dishes served, but this is a minor point that doesn’t detract from the overall experience.

Food was decent, prices good, delivery of food was timely considering there were 13 of us. Only drawback was our waitress has only been there 2mos. She didn't know the menu to well and couldn't answer basic questions about some of the menu items. Things she should know by now. She was friendly and efficient.

Service was great! Food was average. All 4 of us enjoyed breakfast after church here. Place was a little noisy, as there was a very large party at lunch time. All in all it's a nice place for meeting friends enjoying eating together. Réservez une table maintenant

The food and service were excellent, but the atmosphere felt lacking. It seems that things have changed since the new owners took over. I will definitely return and hope they can create a better vibe in the future.

Had the fried Shrimp Salad. It was great and the waitress was too!! Edit 6/7/18 Lunch again. Had the boneless wings. Very good!
