The overall quality has been reduced since the last visit a few months ago. Ichiban was never the best or most authentic Japanese food option in the city, but they were a decent value and consistent. Topics I have observed: The portion sizes are reduced. The temperature of the food at the table is not good (hot is warm, cold is cool). Especially affected sushi ingredients. Wow! This place has great food! Their egg rolls are made in house and are some of the best I?ve ever tasted. I had the chicken teriyaki and it was fresh and tasty! If we pass through Bowling Green again, we will definitely stop by! Highly recommended!

The food is always good and I've never had bad service. One time the manager went to the grocery just to get mango for my wife's favorite roll.
