I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism and customer service I have experienced with your establishment.On multiple occasions, I have attempted to place orders, but my calls consistently go unanswered, despite Google stating that your business is open. This has led to frustration and a significant inconvenience for me as a customer. This place is very unprofessional. I would have been a first time customer and maybe a lifetime customer but from this experience, I will not be attempting to deal with this business again.There's a cell phone that's never picked up. These are the very reasons why I avoid my African people business because the lack thereof customer service. Wasn't able to place an order. I called several times at first, with no anwser.and of course the voicemail is full, typical. Got a return call, which I asked a couple questions regarding pricing location and food portioning. I ordered from her a few times. I can only speak to the goat soup and egusi and they were good. However, since this is out of her house service is inconsistent and sometimes nonexistent. The owner rarely picks up the phone and barely answers text to place an order. I am wondering if she actual welcomes business. Sheesh.

The food was delicious, it's African food so I understand it takes a long time to prepare and cook. Hopefully time management will be better next time. But I would recommend this place. I especially enjoyed the Jollof rice. I paid 20 dollars for each dish, I got three different dishes. Réservez une table maintenant

What a wonderful experience. I got some food catered. Not only is the food amazing but the service was great. She was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!!

FYI this is a home based business/ restaurant you have call them ahead of time to make food for you. Don’t drive there thinking they have ready food!!
