The food was typical of any IHOP, but this location had an unusual atmosphere. I tried to place an order over the phone twice, but the calls got disconnected, so we decided to go in person instead. That turned out to be a mistake. The restaurant was completely empty, yet we still waited seven minutes to be seated. I made eye contact with several employees during that time, and once we were seated, it took even longer to order our drinks. We continued to wait for our food, our check, and any form of service. where do I start? our waitress, cindy thomlin, is so acquiring profi. she recommended the French toast with ricotta. (I love this cheese anyway. it filled sweet; did not need a syrup or jam delicious! another waitress, pat, informed us about the new ginger contracts. I'm glad we can come late at night. my friend, linda, had the burger wobbles, she ate as if it were her last meal! everything looked so fresh, plentiful. alice had an older special w/a of everything. that also looked tempting; especially the eggs, and I had real butter for my meal, real cream for my coffee!
The service was outstanding, even though the waitress was incredibly busy. She ensured that everyone had what they needed, and you wouldn't have noticed how hectic it was. The managers also stopped by a couple of times to check on us, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, as a waitress myself, I felt they should have also checked in on her to see how she was doing and what support she might need. Despite the pressure, she handled everything like a pro, never letting on that she was stressed. I admire her strength—I know I would have been overwhelmed!
It’s been a while since my last visit to IHOP, but I have to say, I don’t recall the food being as delicious as it was today! I had the homestyle corned beef hash with two eggs cooked medium on top of two dark chocolate mousse pancakes. I truly enjoyed my meal; the service was excellent and the restaurant was clean, making for an overall fantastic experience. I definitely plan to return to try one of their omelets because I saw one being served, and it looked absolutely amazing!

no single employee came to check on our table in the 10 minutes between sitting and when we finally got up and left the restaurant due to the lack of service. a waitress/waxsin never came by to imagine as a waitress/wacherin to take a drink order, to apologize for waiting/explaining that they were busy (even if they were clear 't; the restaurant was half empty.) When we left, the host who had set us was not even so important to ask us why we were gone.
fail me once again, they fail me twice again they have lost my business. When I first tried, I had to wait for 40 minutes to eat. I've never waited for a long time for any other ihops ive, today we were there and there were many tables. they told me and my wife to wait and also wait a few. a group of 4 went in and they sat right away. that's the worst thing. I'm going a little further to the wall. they are fantastic
All members of my party were pleased with their food as was myself. The food came out quickly and went down deliciously. Although my chicken dinner oddly came with a side of pancakes, I was not complaining just perplexed at the pairing. Delicious all the same.
it is an ihop. wait they are excellent and attentive, they love to have children here. great culinary experience for the family. child-friendly: they love children here.
