This is the saddest IHOP I've ever been to in 40 years....Pretty much set to just come in, order something (not what you want), eat it, pay, and leave.Perhaps was the timing. Who knows.The biscuit chicken sandwich was a real flop...looks good, but it is not a sandwich...lolIt crumbles as you pick it up and once on your hands, it takes finesse to keep it from just spilling out onto the ...well, hopefully the plate... It also needed a bit more well, I think it was gravy...The sole server did what he could with a smile the whole time. To bad the food just did not cut it.Cheese Blintzes were denied here... My husband order a side salad he couldn 't eat before his meal because he didn 't get it until after his meal was served.The whole point of ordering a side salad, he is diabetic.Well he didn 't get his salad until after he received his meal.In all honesty we should if had it off our bill. Especially after he asked the server for a to go box.Besides that my food was cold.Not sure if it was because I order breakfast at lunchtime.I just know server should understand this could be worked on.Especially when the restaurant isn 't that busy.Diabetes shouldn 't have too be mentioned for better food service.
I encountered multiple employees, but none greeted us. We were seated within five minutes of our arrival, but we were passed by three times and had to wait over 15 minutes just to place our order. I watched the waiter take dishes and attend to another table, and then he was busy cashing out other customers while we were left waiting for something—anything! Not even a glass of water! Eventually, we decided to leave and went to Tom's, where we received much better service.
I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The service was exceptional. My waitress was not only attentive but also took the time to engage in conversation with me, showing genuine interest and kindness. And the food? It was fresh and delicious, setting me up perfectly for another fantastic day of living the dream. A big thank you to IHOP, and an even bigger shoutout to the waitstaff, chefs, and everyone at the Chinos IHOP for their outstanding service!

I had a disappointing breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette, but it had no spice, no roasted poblano, no shredded beef, and was lacking in flavor. The egg white pesto omelette was decent, but the strawberry banana pancakes were dry. Overall, I feel like I wasted $70.
First time ever coming to this IHOP, everything was horrible. Got inside and had to wait even though there wasn’t even that much people, service was horrible, food was alright.
Small place. Although there was a 15 min. wait people were being seated at a shorter time. Clean place. Food was fabulous.
Perfect for Saturday morning breakfast. We enjoy it every single
