What is the opposite of fast food, you might wonder? It’s IHOP. I will say that we visited during a busy Sunday brunch hour, so I expected some wait time. However, waiting over an hour from the moment we sat down until our server finally informed us our food was ready was excessive. If the food is ready, why not bring it out? Especially when there’s a child in our group and it's clear from our faces that we’ve been waiting for so long. This isn’t gourmet dining; it’s the International House of Pancakes, after all! The staff are so nice. Brandon was so helpful and friendly. He came to our table and checked on us with such friendly customer service. The food is always hot, delicious, and served with ?. It's clean and the bathroom is always clean. Great job guys!!!!! The steak burger cooked just right. The syrup container stay full. Tables always clean and prepared for each guest.
The system was down, so it was cash only. After walking to an ATM to get cash, we returned to IHOP. We were seated right away, but nobody came to take our order. After sitting at the table for 15 minutes, we decided to leave.
Unfortunately most eating places are going downhill fast, because of bad help. Good that this I Hop must go by= we don't train people to be friendly, WE HIGHER FRIENDLY

Met a friend for breakfast at 8am. Got seated quickly. Hot coffee and water almost immediately. Had the Bacon Bourbon Jam eggs Benedict. Very tasty and prepared well.
The service was great. We went during a peak hour and we still didn't wait long for our food and for refills. Our server was great.
Our pancakes combo and waffles were delicious! Especially the blueberry compote on pancakes. Takeout was easy to order and pick up
