Ihop - Réserver une table

Truly if I could give it zero stars I would, the customer service was absolutely terrible, probably the worst I've seen in a really long time. There were maybe 5 or 6 tables being used in the restaurant, 3 were given the wrong plates and one of ours was incorrect as well. We told the waitress and she said we told her chocolate chips and both me and my fiance KNOW we told her original. No apologies, just came back and dropped the plate on the table and walked away. The same waitress was also sitting at a table where she thought no one could see her and was eating a full plate and on her phone. Spent $31 and would have rather have gone to McDonald's. The staff obviously doesn't know what customer service is and doesn't want tips

the server mary she so amazing i ask for the sweet savory crepes my godd they were delicious when i told her how delicious they were she told me how she went into the kitchen made the batter from scratch and how she cook them. To Honest gordan Ramsey should come to this place 10/10
