Ihop - Réservation de table

I was there last Saturday and it was one of my worst experiences in a restaurant, I wait for an hour and 45 minutes on my food, the table next to me, who was there for 30 minutes got her eating before me and when my food came back warmed up, it was so hot that I could not even touch the tomato or salat. it seems like my eating is ready for a log-on time, but my waitress has forgotten us the table. it's kind of ridiculous that they give you a table and you have to wait for over 30 minutes until you have to ask me if you need anything and then let you wait for more. ihop they need to get better employees or need to train them better.

While I don 't usually give 5-star ratings to chains, I 'm convinced that this is one of the best IHOP locations in the country. On both Saturday and Sunday morning, we were seated immediately even though it was busy. The food was hot, delicious, and looked just like the pictures on the menu. Our server Marisol was really good at her job. The manager Jose was also facilitating the work flow and making sure everyone was taken care of. There were lots of regulars that were treated so kindly. The entire staff here clearly works hard to make this place such a great location.

Went it to get my order because the website wasn’t working. Employees saw me and no one acknowledged me. A person who cleans the tables walked passed me. Since everyone was so rude I took my bag and left. Won’t be coming here again. Consistently bad service weekends or weekdays.

Young Man was more than patient with us as someone on leaving recognized me and came over to greet me and he had to wait to get our order. I appreciated him. Mind you I'm 90 and I was with my Granddaughter who also was patient and hungry. Réservez une table maintenant

A cold drink... not water is $4.99! I can buy a six pack for that cost. if I ever go back there, it's water for me!The service was great. The food decent, but $5 for a diet soda is highway robbery!

It's an IHOP. Just like any other. Waiter hustled and provided great service. He gets a shout for making the experience better than just mediocre food.

I love IHOP! I wish there was one closer to where I live, then I'd visit more often. I don't like pancakes, but I'll eat IHOP pancakes!

They make the best pancakes Their Bacon Cheeseburgers are very good too! Breakfast burritos are good!

Food is average, atmosphere is okay, people are kind. Location is perfect.
