I love ihop, this place was so disappointing. if I could give him the zero stars, I would. the waitress sat us on the dirty table. there were dirty tables everywhere. the place was almost empty, but instead of sitting, we were all in a corner. it took forever to order. waitress brought cold coffee and forgot. we had to get up and register and ask them to bring more coffee and watch. there was no one in the registration and she seemed nothing to do. 4 different people came to the table. the half of the food came out and we hadn't had our cutlery yet, had to fly down the waiter to get everything we needed. the location watertown new york looks like it's closed when you pull up and under the circumstances I would say it should probably. I will not go into much detail except the fact that the lonely customer and so rudely treated by the waitress and then are released by the alleged restaurant manager. and then the company customer service that indicates that each location is responsible for its own customer complaints. I feel the need to warn others not to waste their time with this place. Single customers 45 minutes wait for the right meal and then be told about the waitress on the way out "I work for a life and live by my tips simply over the tip. only dinge who would say manager was thankful...
I took my family to have breakfast we got there around 10:00 am and never left until 12:15 pm. After sitting there for over and hour with a 2 year old and a 3 year old the waitress came over with 2 paper cups with some fruit in them she inform us that they were extremely backed up. The quality of the food was terrible. The scramble eggs were watery the cinnamon roll pancakes had so much cinnamon on them they literally gagged me and looked burnt. After spending a little over $90 I am very disappointed in the lack of service, and quality of the food I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Food was good. But the service definitely needs help. We waited up front to be seated while two employees just waited and stared at us for 5 minutes on the other side of the restaurant. When we asked if we seated ourselves that’s when they came to seat us. We waited much longer for our food. Our waitress then dropped off the check right after giving us our food but then was nowhere to be found afterwards. We waited about 40 minutes before I went to a busser who was clearing a table for some to go boxes and to pay our check.

I was nervous, to say the least, given the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good. Our server came right over and seated us, got our drinks, and then our order. Even the cook came out with some of our orders as we had a large group. He was extremely pleasant. I really was happy with the experience. Price was on par for the amount of food we had, and the portion size was great.Parking: Great location so plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: The entire front is all accessible parking.
I don't think it was the fault of this particular IHOP but the food was terrible. The new eggs Benedict, just give them a pass. Almost nothing on the English muffin and cost more a regular dish. Either the cooks don't care or it's all re-heated corporate nonsense. Their are so many local diners at a slightly lower price point and a much better quality. The wait staff is super friendly but overworked.
Our waitress -Christy R- was amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to and pleasant conversation. Honestly one of the best waitresses we have had in a very long time!!! The food was ok but part was a bit cold compared to the rest. Definitely Christy made the experience good regardless of the food. Thanks girl!
They accommodated a very large wedding party for breakfast on the day after the wedding. Our waitress was super and others helped her to bring out the food to serve us all together! I was really impressed!

Waited entirely too long for food definitely more than 30 minutes.Wasn’t busy at all from other IHops I’ve gone too. The waitress barely checked in after taking our order. I don’t plan on coming back.
I agree 100% that it is a better choice than Denny's. More for your money.
