Ihop - Réserver une table

Quite literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to. As soon as my party walked in, the vast majority of tables were empty and filthy. No set host or hostess so you have to depend on luck for a waitress to see you waiting. A waitress saw us, relatively short wait. We were sat in a (dirty) booth, with utensils scattered underneath the table and visible crumbs on the seats. About 20 minutes in, we're still staring at our menus because well, that's all we can really do, given that no waitress had come to us. We eventually flagged down a staff member and got our orders taken. The waitress that had served us was really the only legitimately kind one there. Every other staff member was just plain rude; a manager arguing with a janitor, waiters ignoring customer needs when they're having fun in the kitchen, etc. These were relatively young individuals, of course they're going to converse and have fun but when there are other people waiting for their meals, maybe it isn't the ideal thing to do. 35 minutes and we were still waiting on our food. When we finally got (some of) our meals, they were alright to say the very least. Half of our food was missing. Food was cooked nicely, though the presentation could've fooled anyone. When we got our second half of our meals, they were cold and bland. We took them to go, figured we wouldn't make such a big deal out of it. However, when paying, the staff took a considerably long amount of time (7 ish minutes) in the kitchen with our cards. Little suspicious, but it's best not to assume the worst. TL;DR: Choose another IHOP.

on Tuesday at 9 o'clock. place was empty and quiet, beautiful server, good eating. I can't say anything else, it was exactly what we've torn.

terrible service, worse place I've ever been. I could pay without. eating was terrible and buried and pancakes look like my child made it

eating was great and the server was fast and friendly. other paints we have waited longer, but it was a nice experience today.

the place was not surprising on a Sunday morning. service was fast and eating was great
