I attempted to place an online order, but it seems you can't order in advance for the night before? After several hours, I finally managed to get my order through and requested delivery for 8:40. At 8:45, the DoorDash driver messaged me, claiming I had the wrong address. I informed him I was standing outside waiting, but he continued to argue with me. Over an hour passed with back-and-forth texts and running up and down the steps. When I called IHOP, the person who answered sounded completely uninterested and even said it wasn't her problem. IHOP never disappoints! It's always my go-to spot when I'm hungry. The dishes are satisfying and made with good quality ingredients, all at reasonable prices. The coffee is refreshing, the pancakes are fantastic, and the variety of omelets makes each meal a delightful experience. We visited for breakfast, and there was plenty to enjoy. Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes or more during busy times to be seated. They typically use alternate seating arrangements, so you won't have to worry about sitting too close to others. There's also ample parking available. We truly enjoyed our meal. Thank you, IHOP!
I pass by every iHOP in Philadelphia just to come to this one because the service is consistently fantastic! Every server provides excellent customer service, is very attentive, and has a cheerful demeanor. Even the host is wonderful! I absolutely love dining here.
The wait time is lengthy, but that's not unusual. I do appreciate their new protocols in place for addressing COVID.
