Ihop - Réserver une table

this is the worst equipment in sulphur springs, tx first there was a dead fly in my hashbrowns. then not a person was offered on our table, a refill and all our glasses were empty. our waitress was busy with a bigger group than our group of 5, so we asked another waitress if we could have refilled. she talked about keeping the middle-aged American woman with 2 feet whispering, she treated me as if we had done something wrong by asking for help. that's my second visit I got from her. I also watched her be rude to other customers. I will not ever return to this place. it looks bad as greeneville was just shut off by the health department. if I own this place, I'd be so embarrassed by these actions. the young man was just as useless. these people would prefer to wrap forks than to help their customers. sulphur springs trxas is a good place for a restaurant. smh!

Came in on a Monday morning at 8a.m while passing through town, it was empty and looked closed. We walked in and we were seated right away. After sitting down we noticed the floor needed to be swept. We got our food pretty quick and eggs weren't correct, my husband didn't bother complaining bc by this time we'd visited the bathroom and it was filthy both men's and women's. There's no reason why the place should be this dirty at 8 a.m with slow business. They need to wipe the clear covid screens that are smudged with little hand crusted prints. Window panes had food, syrup containers were sticky. We won't be back and I'm writing this review so I know not to go back.

the waitress, sarah, was as slow as the hell. we had to wait for what felt like 30 minutes to order our drinks. the food came in time, but then we waited 30 minutes until they come to give us our ticket. we waited slightly more 10-15 to get our payment while they served 4 other tables and the payment for the table that came there after we got our food. I had a gift card I needed, but we ended up having cash money that we tried to save for gas until the next paycheck. eating was good, eating quickly came out. sarah was unstoppable and too slow when we tried to get back to the road to travel our 2 hours home.

the waitress screwed up our order. then my friends were plaate with a dead fly in it. then we never got after filling and we asked another one, she got a attitude with us about it. will not be back to this on because of Mary, who has been here for 7 years and on ihop 30.

I wasn't even sure that this place was still open, but we went to see and eat was actually quite good, service was blah, but there was only one waitress so I can understand that she's busy overall not bad is not sure why more people don't come here.
