It was late at night when I ordered takeout from IHOP Takoma Park, Md. It appeared that only two employees were working at the time. My order arrived just five minutes after placing it, and I used curbside pickup. However, no one came out to meet me, so I waited a few minutes before going inside. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my order. The menu offers decent options, but the service could definitely improve. Price per person was around $20–30. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
I wish I could give zero stars! Avoid ordering through the IHOP app. My order was canceled by either IHOP or DoorDash for no apparent reason. When I called the store number listed in the app, they said DoorDash had already picked up the order. They told me to call a DoorDash 1-800 number, but they didn't have one. I wasn’t using the DoorDash app—I ordered directly through the IHOP app. Waiting time was long. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
