Il Corsaro Italian Pasta Bar

Decent all around itailian restaurant.. Fantastic meal from appetizers to desert. Lots to choose from on the menu and everything came fresh.<br/ <br/ It took me 2 years of living in Maple Ridge to try this restaurant, all because I wasn 't sure of 'how it looked from the outside '. I should of NEVER judge this book by it 's cover. The food inside is worth it.<br/ <br/ Now agreed with some, the decor is a little.......off, and you have to listen to Italian Mariachi.<br/ <br/ This restaurant serves really decent food. I would recommend this place to family friends. Certainly on of the best Italian restaurants in Maple Ridge.

Best Pasta in Ridge. The restaurant is tucked into a corner and isn't obvious to notice when passing by, but what a surprise Il Corsaro is. They serve by far the best pasta in Maple Ridge. All the dishes are delicious and well-prepared. Service is friendly, though it seems the most common regulars will definitely get the upper hand in terms of attention. The restaurant design is moody and atmospheric, a good place for a dinner date. Overall a fantastic experience, and definitely the place to go for pasta in town.

YIPPEE! love you guys. Has to be one of the best kept secrets in the ridge.<br/ <br/ LOVE IT! Always great service and freindly and attentive! Never have felt rushed.<br/ <br/ The food is deadly and my suggestion if it ever the feature special the night you go. Butternut squash ravioli TO DIE FOR : <br/ <br/ great job guys and keep it up in the ridge. I take all of my out of towner friends for dinner here...YOU ROCK!

Mussels!!!!. Just got back from San Francisco and ate at the famous Scoma's seafood restaurant and had the mussels there which were out of this world. Been to the Il Corsaro before and pastas always good and everybody is friendly we feel at home there. I had the mussels for the first time and they were equally as good as Scomas way cheaper and more of them. Very impressed and way closer than San Francisco

A Maple Ridge Treasure!. Other restaurants should check this place out to see how its done. Food is always delicious and as fresh as you can get. Always cooked by the owner.Small but any bigger and it could take away from the charm and quality. You can't get any better service. ThankYou Il Corsaro!!!!

Amazing food and service. Small which gives it that very personal touch but a warning. Dont bother trying to get in last minute especially on the weekend. Always seems full. Definitely reserve early in the week for a weekend night. It is just that busy which means it is that good. Worth going out for

Just like Mama used to make!. Authentic italian home cooking.that's worth the wait. Been to Venice and this place reminds me of the great pastas I had there! Service is very homey and attentive! My only pasta place to go now..

Italian at it's finest. Very impressive. Are we in Maple Ridge or Italy?? Great service, amazing carbonara and a cannelloni with sausage and Gorgonzola to die for! We will be back with friends and family.

Our favourite!! Great atmosphere, great service and incredible food. If you're a fan of mussels, you won't find better than here. We have dinner here frequently and have never had a bad meal.

Another fantastic meal. Crab and Lobster ravioli was absolutely incredible fresh fresh fresh. By far the best in maple ridge. Don't forget to make a reservation.
