I was so hoping this restaurant had improved since they made some changes and since Covid, but, alas... it's only gotten worse. The servers were pleasant generally but seemed poorly trained, inattentive, and distracted. The water server sloshed water when pouring it and never apologized nor did she bother to wipe it up-just sloppy. The food was inedible. There was nothing authentic about their Foccacia, the pasta with marinara was tasteless (isn't this an Italian restaurant? You would expect a dish so endemic to ITALIAN cuisine would be a slam-dunk , the salad with goat cheese was clunky and clumpy (yuch! . We won't be back.
The service was very disappointing. We had to repeatedly call the waiter to take our order, refill our water, and bring our bags. The food was just okay, and the prices were too high for what we received. We had dined here before the pandemic and had a much better experience. I wouldn’t recommend returning.
