We drive past Lake Almanor on an RV trip and this place was recommended by some locals. I tried several times to make reservations with phone at 6:00, but no one took it up so that we decided to drive 10 miles to try our luck. Upon arrival, the main hostess had the least courtesy and most haste to find reasons not to sit us, including the assumption that we tried to make online reservation I did not online, she said. Good. I didn't want to argue, we just wanted dinner, so I asked a reservation then. We were big fans and huge customers of tantardinos, but after experiencing the new property a few times, the staff and service is great overall, but the owner has answered a few calls and put us well over 15 minutes without warning. When I kindly said we didn't know we were set to rest for 20 minutes? Did she say? Oh, no more orders? And the phone hanged. We'll never order from here again. So unprofessional and so rude.

It stopped a job with my crew all day. Had friends Josh and Christa met us and they were embarrassed and we had no reservation. Stacy made room and let us all sit on the terrace! 8 of us!!!! Service was fantastic friendly and quickly superior how busy they were!. The food and margaritas were amazing!!! Thanks, guys great place!

We ordered to go and had it ready when we arrived from a big day of creation. We ordered a cheese pizza and pepperoni, both delicious! My husband and I always wanted to try this place and we're happy to have a reason on the way home. We are both happy to try the pasta dishes at the next visit.
