Went for a birthday dinner. The restaurant atmosphere is spectacular, beautiful inside. Do not be fooled by the exterior. Once you walk inside it’s like you’re somewhere else! The staff and service was top notch, we were treated really well and they had extra servers checking on us and getting us water and other things while the main waiter focused on food. The food was delicious, perfect portion sizes. For two, I recommend ordering an appetizer, a pasta dish, and an entree the true Italian way! This is a great restaurant with outstanding food, atmosphere, wine, etc. But this review is specifically about the bartender on duty tonight. He was rude and insulting. He insulted my mother because she wanted to pour her own tonic on her gin, to her taste. He was not joking or kidding around. When I asked him if he thought it was appropriate to insult the customers for asking to have their drinks their way, he said yes, you 're weird We 've been dining here since the restaurant opened and will continue to dine here... but not today. The hostess was gracious enough to offer to make it up to us but we declined.
My experience here was phenomenal! From how we were greeted, seated, serviced, to our farewell it was all exceptional. The food was amazing! Everything you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Highly recommended and nothing in this area comes even close to the full experience you will have here. This restaurant review was the highlight of my week! Despite the challenges of the pandemic on the restaurant industry, il Pizzico maintained a high standard for a quality dining experience. The staff were professional and confident, the service was timely, and the food was delicious. I recommend trying the Capriccio di Mare if you enjoy seafood (check out the picture) along with the Super Tuscan wine. You'll be in good hands with servers Marcus and Milton, so be sure to ask for them during your visit.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional. It's the best Italian food I've had since moving to Maryland from New York. It's also a delightful experience to bring someone there and watch their reaction as they arrive and then discuss the meal afterward. It's incredible to find a hidden gem like this in this location. The service is also top-notch.
It's good for sure but overrated imho . This place has been here for decades ; has a huge following and I think a lot of people have been going for years and they are known by name . I thought their portion was on the small side , enough for me and was able to finish . That is actually better ; I'm not crazy about doggie bags .
Food was good. Ordered pistachio ravioli and seafood pasta with first coarse of melanzane alla parmigiana. Ordered drinks too which were awesome. Everything tasted great but the bread they served with food was very hard and didn't taste fresh. ???? . Restaurant was crowded and loud so not for a quiet dinner.
Best Italian in Rockvile. A family own restaurant. Where everything is fresh. No other restaurant serves carpaccio, there you can find the best one! The pasta is amazing too! If you have someone special and you want to impress that person with a great food, this is the place!

Really tasty but really expensive. $20+for a tiny bowl of pasta. The name of the place translates to ?the pinch? Service is top notch but for such a small space maybe 5 waiters isn?t needed and you could lower prices
