Il Postino Restaurant

Went for celebrating my birthday. Never count on the restaurant to look at Opentable requests and prepare something, I requested a dessert plate but it was totally ignored. The food was ok but it was extremely crowded and only one server taking care of the whole hall could hardly ask for help. We just left after we finished our mains. No dessert menu upfront maybe they will give one if we asked? The good thing is you get the food pretty fast.

We were seated by the open kitchen and dish area. It was very noisy. Also I had put on the reservation that it was for a birthday but the waitress didn’t ask us about desert for the person having the birthday. However, the food was delicious

Food was good. Our server was attentive. Only recommendation would be to avoid the table by the stairs! The washrooms are upstairs and there was the unavoidable clumping of people’s going up down the stairs all through our dinner.

My chicken parm was delicious and my friend enjoyed the mushroom parpadella Our waitress was lovely and very knowledgeable. Food came out quickly but we weren’t rushed. Another great experience at this charming restaurant

Indoor dining upstairs is ok, and better for conversation but in summer much nicer outdoor. Food and service was excellent.

The food was absolutely amazing, apps were great and the pasta was incredibly fresh and a perfect Al dente!
