Il Venetian - Réservation de table

Top notch customer service experience at Il Venetian. We had an unusual circumstance during our dinner, an acoustical effect that allowed us to micro hear a nearby table and vice versa. We laughed about it, but it did impact the dining experience. Upon alerting the restaurant to what happened, the GM reached out to me directly and made everything right (TBH nothing was wrong, we just wanted to be sure they aware of this odd architectural phenomenon). I cannot say enough about the elite level of service this restaurant provides. Our food and table service when we visited were wonderful. Nick, our server, gave great recommendations from the menu based on our likes, and he made sure our courses...

Had never been there before. Made reservations for my wifes birthday. When we arrived the hostesses wished my wife a happy birthday. Ambiance was great, servers and food were very good. When we left the restaurant we walked past a window looking into the kitchen and saw several Happy Anniversary and Happy Birthday dishes prepped for guests. Unfortunately my wife noticed them and said bummer and was sad because the message never made it beyond the hostesses. We may return again.

Everyone was so nice. I’d definitely come back. Food was really good, the restaurant was nice, clean, but above all of that….. the servers being kind made it the best experience. A lot of restaurants can give you good food and have fancy silverware but the waiters/ waitresses aren’t always kind the same way you guys were so thank you. Being kind goes a long way and I hope this kindness continues:

this was our first time after cleveland and I had made some research about restaurants near our hotel! il venetian was highly recommended and not disappointed. the environment was charming, the staff very friendly and professional. of course, eating was delicious and beautifully presented. many thanks for a wonderful Italian experience. Service was top-notch and food was amazing. Reasonably priced compared to other fine dinning in the area too. Try the Gnocchi. We’ll be back!

Excellent yellowfin tuna flour, excellent service, clarinet musician was excellent. Recommend this restaurant! Five stars on the board!
