Almhof is a family-run cozy hotel. The staff and hospitality are very nice and kind. Connecting rooms are also very comfortable to stay with family. We enjoyed fabulous views from panoramic windows in restaurant and bar. The food was excellent as well. Special thanks for the Spa and separated areas for ladies and gentlemen. It was always enough space and only a few people in the spa although the hotel was full. The only thing that could be better prepared is ski-in path to the hotel.
Somewhat surprising, but positive experience. Very chic interior and great views. Was expecting tasting menu, but it was an a la carte (which I preferred actually) with broad selection of meat and fish dishes. We ended up having both the traditional (e.g., amazing wiener schnitzel) and more contemporary (e.g., beef cheeks). Wine list was great, but they also had very good wines by the glass. Overall great ending for a week in Lech
perfect service, great wine card and wonderful food. we had beef tartar, artichoke with tomaten, bries, roasted badgemark and brain with a (!) as an appetizer, the often praised stubenküken auf heubett, seezunge, tafelspitz and dorade as main dish and salzburger nockerl as well as a carnal cut as dessert. we'll be back!
heel mooi vormgegeven restaurant, door de peculiaraar zelf ontworpen. het is warm en strak tegelijk. eten is zeer verzorgd. de prijzen van de wijn zijn de hoogste in oostenrijk en real te extreem. jammer want hierdoor komen we he niet door terug. Réservez une table maintenant
an experience for itself is the visitor of the miracle chamber. really a wonder what architects have conjured here. the card is great and offers a very good selection of Austrian classics.Wine card and service as always top!
This is a fine dining establishment and the prices reflect that. However if you have the budget and want to try some local delicacies cooked well and in a slightly refined way, this could be the place for you.
The by far best hotel and ambiente at Arlberg and beyond. From classic Austrian dishes to wonderful large fish or meat dishes with uniquely special sides. Share Salzburger Nockerl for the finale.
the restaurant wunderkammer is new in the hotel almhof schneider and offers floor-to-ceiling kitchen (home cooking from the finest). very good food, excellent weine and excellent service. Réservez une table maintenant
my new favorite hotel! not cheap but with a lot of taste and high quality renovated. there's nothing to put out. wonderful is that even young children like to be seen:)
