Pizza is ok but the woman working the counter is terrible. I stopped in to pickup a to go order and during the few minutes I was inside, someone had parked behind me. No big deal, I went in and asked everyone in the restaurant If they owned the car. No one did. I went to each business nearby and asked those patrons as well. I called an Uber to deliver the pizza back to the event and sat and waited. Finally, the lady working the counter came out CLEARY upset. I asked her if she owned the car and she said yes and that I should know to not park there. I asked how I should know that and she pointed at the sign in front of the business saying it was imo?s parking only. I was there for IMO?s! She...
Imo's offers great pizza, but the management at this location leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, they were quite rude and the overall experience was disappointing. They seemed indifferent to whether customers were satisfied or not. For instance, I ordered a deluxe pizza with extra sausage, but it arrived with no sausage at all. When I complained, management promised to make me a new one, but an hour later I still had to ask if it was being prepared, and they just said “in a minute.” The food itself is classic and enjoyable, but the management is unresponsive and stagnant. They really need new staff. Also, a suggestion: remove the stickers from the peppers!
Imo's is great pizza......The management staff not so great at this location.... simply said ..they were completely rude and the product was just insufficient. They could care less if you're happy with your purchase...Example....I ordered a deluxe pizzawith extra sausage....and it came with no sausage. Complained.... management said we'll make another pizza for you.Literally...an hour later I had to ask if they were making it and they said in a minute. The food is classic.....the managementstagnant. Get new workers... please. That big guy is an a . Not named Jack either. Oh and how about getting the stickers off ofthe pepper...??
My order from Imo's Pizza arrived an hour late and the pizza was burnt. When I contacted the manager to request a refund, they sent the delivery person back to collect the pizza. I had to retrieve it from the trash, but the delivery person refused the pizza and still wouldn’t give me a refund. I called the manager again, and he told me to contact other companies instead. This is awful customer service. I’m shocked that Imo's Pizza would treat a customer this way and serve such poor quality food. They should be ashamed. I won’t be ordering from their menu again.

This pizza was delivered hour later and burnt. I called manager for refund and they sent the deliver guy back to give me refund but they wanted the pizza back so I got it out of the trash and the delivery guy said the pizza was fine refused to give methe money. I called the manager back and he told me to call corporate he wasn?t giving me refund. This is horrible customerservice. I can?t believe they would treat a customer like this and serve the pizza like that. They should be embarrassed
Nothing to write home about..easy in easy out because I ordered online..the pizza lacked toppings and the service was nothing great..i had to ask for ketchup for the fries I ordered and put parm on the pizza before leaving otherwise I wouldn't have hadany..also grabbed my own napkins etc..they weren't very pleasant and the food wasn't great only ok..I'll try another place ifever in town again..pass
Delicious food! Imo’s Pizza is by far the best pizza spot in Springfield. It really takes me back to the homemade pizzas I loved at Hampton in St. Louis, although those were often overcooked. Even when I request it undercooked there, it never comes out right. It’s a shame I have to drive three hours just to get a great pizza!
Great flavor. Best pizza option around Springfield. Almost taste like home, St. Louis on Hampton, but they always over cook it. No matter if I choose the option to undercook it lol work on that and I just might not have to drive 3hrs for pizza.

I love their thin crust pizza and even more I love the cheese that they use and they use that cheese in a lot of their pastas I haven't tried everything that they have but everything I have tried I loved.
The best pizza around! I absolutely love Imo's Pizza. The staff is outstanding and provides excellent customer service.
