Had family come in from out of state, they wanted Taco Bell. Ordered 2 12 party pack 12, soft, an 12 hard. 4 bean burrito, and 4 chili cheese. Spent rounded off 64.00 bucks. It all went into the trash. Burritos were days old, couldn't tell by thewrapping, or what was inside. What was what. Taco's had little to nothing in them, and had tomatoes mixed in with lettuce, young lady has tomatoe allergies. Very disappointing, and cost you future sales. Will never return, time was around 6pm Sundayevening.
I've been to this Taco Bell several times over the past few years, and I recently had one of the best experiences with service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. If you're willing to be a little patient at times, you can always rely on them to deliver outstanding service. The manager here is fantastic and incredibly friendly. I really enjoy this location at 1335 W Kearney. I rate it 5 stars and highly recommend it!
Taco Bell is a calm spot in the mornings, perfect for an early lunch and some relaxation. You can get there easily by taking bus route 38 followed by a short walk, or bus routes 14 and 26. I tried the new Naked Chicken Box and the Chicken Enchilada Grande Burrito from their menu. The burrito was fantastic, and I look forward to trying more value menu items. The Naked Chicken was a bit too spicy for me, but still tasty.
I used to really enjoy Taco Bell, especially their fantastic $5 value boxes that provided great bang for your buck. However, I've noticed that over the last two years, they've been shrinking the sizes of their burritos, and some of my favorite menu items have vanished. The value boxes don't seem as appealing anymore either. Now, I only go for a decent Baja, and I've been quite let down.

This restaurant is my favorite in Springfield. It's usually bustling, especially after 10 p.m. The staff collaborates seamlessly; they're fast, efficient, and rarely make errors, even with special requests or large orders. Tonight, my meal was especially tasty. Well done, Friday night team!
I highly recommend this Taco Bell to everyone. During my visit, the staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. They displayed a high level of professionalism, making my experience truly enjoyable. I've added this Taco Bell to my list of favorite places to eat.
Taco Bell has removed all of our favorite menu items, leaving only tacos and a handful of burritos. The service at this location was slow and unfriendly, as if the staff were annoyed to take my order.
It's Taco Bell. You get exactly what you expect—fast service and your order served hot. Plus, they have the best iced tea in Springfield!

This location consistently provides excellent service. Unlike two other nearby locations, they never cut corners on the ingredients.
The staff is always cheerful and eager to ensure customers are happy with quick and friendly service.
