The restaurant has a nice ambiance, which is why I’m giving it one star. I ordered a steak served with pico de gallo and avocado, but when it arrived, the steak was cold. Even though it had grill marks, it seemed like it had been taken straight from the fridge and microwaved. I informed the staff that the meat was cold, and they returned it to me with everything on the plate, including the pico de gallo and avocado, now hot, as if they had just heated the whole plate in the microwave. Additionally, the drinks were very weak; they hardly tasted like there was a full shot of alcohol in them. Considering the prices, I don’t think it’s worth it at all.
I can only give this place two stars, as the entrance looks appealing. I recently attended an event here and was disappointed with the service. The staff appeared untrained and unprepared, which is not acceptable for a banquet hall. It's essential to have experienced servers and cooks for such occasions. The servers seemed confused, and the entire event felt disorganized. I'm not sure if this was a result of poor management or specific issues with the event organizer, but overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for special events.
The party was enjoyable, and everything went smoothly until they cut my birthday cake, which my family had paid $750 for. I had only taken a few pictures with it and didn't even get the chance to cut it myself. I had bought customized knives for the occasion, and my family couldn't sing happy birthday to me. I didn’t even get to feed my parents a piece of the cake. To make matters worse, I paid for lemon ice cream for my grandpa, who didn’t get any either, despite the fact that he was sitting there and not dancing or anything.
Ok only two stars because the place look nice in the entrance, i recently went to an event and didn't like the service, servers where and looked untrained and not prepared nor professional, to have a banquet hall you need to have experienced and prepared server, cooks, etc. Servers were lost, and event was very unorganized, i don't know if this is due to the management or event organizer specifically to tht event. But it was very bad, I wouldn't recommend this place for a special event.

The place was beautifully decorated. The food was not that great though, it lacked flavor. I can't say what was served as there was no menu on the table letting us know what was being served.
Beautiful banquet hall for all your celebrations, also an Italian restaurant and mexican food, loved it!.
