Not too brag but my local In and Out is the best!!! I hadn’t been back to this location in years…now that I live close by here…well good news there the best…from the person taking my order and greeting me so politely and also suggesting I move to the other lane to make it easier to pay..since I was solo in my car ?and don’t know if it’s because this place has been renovated staff is happier teamwork is noticeable but my burger and fries were deliciously yummy and made that absolute perfect burger craving satisfaction get fulfilled by whom ever cooked it..packaged and charged me for my food that night!! Thanks to you all…keep up the teamwork and yes I will return ?”Nena”
The service here is excellent and the food is quite good. However, I have to take off one star for the very small dining area, which accommodates only around 8-10 people. I’ll also deduct another star for the outdoor restroom that requires a code, which you have to ask for at the register. While there's a nice open space outside that’s perfect for enjoying a beautiful day like today, the parking situation is quite cramped. It’s ideal for driving into the dunes. Additionally, there's no self-service soda machine. All these factors make the dining experience less enjoyable compared to other places.
Ask for double-double protein I get a small cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce and looks awfully small!! French fries 80% small pieces, soft not cooked enough and it was not very busy!! What is wrong with in and out?? Lots of young employees, unfortunately they are looked hammered and half dead!! Nobody wants to work these days!! I hope technology will save us and hire robots to have some decent service!!
This restaurant is always extremely busy, and the line can feel dangerously long, starting on Carson Road. The lengthy wait times have led to several minor accidents with cars trying to turn around during the wait. Additionally, to make matters worse, the shakes here are among the worst in Los Angeles and Orange County. More often than not, the shakes are just soft serve ice cream poured into a cup. normally a good experience, but not today! waits slightly more than 30 minutes in the line (can be 12-13 cars). Once we got into the window, they asked if we wanted catsup? absolutely yes, please was our answer. as I run away, my passagier melts in the pockets and no catsup! how do I eat in n out fries without katsup! ruined eat. ruined at night!
