The Boy The Bear Coffee Roastery

Out of all the coffee shops in the area, this one caught my attention because of the aesthetic and name. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or welcomed, but that was fine. Until I got my order taken by a pretty rude guy. The guy was not happy to answer my questions about the coffee and was in a rush to get my order. I like to try different coffee shops throughout LA and even make my own espresso at home. So I have many other experiences to compare this to. Customer experience? Needs some work. The coffee? My $6 hot mocha was not even filled to the top in spite of the cups already being quite small. If I'm ever in the area again I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The coffee is well-balanced with notes of chocolate and a smooth finish. They offer a selection of gluten-free baked goods. The coffee is roasted on-site in front of the customers. It is part of the third wave coffee movement and places an emphasis on bean scoring. The corner location is busy, but the interior provides a quiet oasis away from the bustling traffic outside. While it may not be the best place for learning about coffee, it is a great spot to socialize with a friend.

absolutely recommended! super great location and ambiente. many seating and many drinks options. the personal is also extremely friendly and not annoying. really good time. I have the stockholmer fog ice-cold, light ice, with the half of the mochas (to the decay of the sweet,) milk, and it is the complete sky. just the reason I didn't have 5 stars is because it seems a little overpriced. but I really enjoyed my visit.

The Boy & The Bear's Black Store in Redondo Beach is situated in a sunny corner building with cozy leather seating and outdoor seating on both sides of the street. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming to families. My experience here was far superior to my visit to the Culver City location. Although the cappuccino was a bit pricey, it was excellent, and the service felt more authentic and personable. Réservez une table maintenant

Came here to see what it was all about, they definitely have the latte art down. There was a bit of merchandise going on. The latte definitely had a good coffee taste, not over burnt, balanced. The line wasn't too bad, and the order came out in a timely manner.

I had the best salted caramel latte ever at this restaurant! The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the menu was impressive. Although the place was small, everything on the menu looked absolutely delicious.

Music was really loud, so couldn't hold a conversation at all. But was nice for just sitting back to relax or work. Bright and airy spot. Iced caramel latte was perfect for the warm early spring day.
