Inc American Kitchen

Been going to INC regularly for a few years now. During the pandemic we did not go indoor dining at all. Now that we are vaccinated, our first indoor dining experience was INC. Walking in we were pleased to notice some tables are left empty to force social distancing. We were surprised to see that the new menu is mostly BBQ since they’ve always had a more refined menu (not hating on BBQ, just odd). The food did not disappoint. Great way to go back out there.

We’ve being coming here for years and it never fails to delight. Recently had the scallops. The artistry of the plating was a palette of colors, with flavors to match. I paired it with the Marla Hooch cocktail, a deliciously smooth, mildly sweet treat. Need to get back soon for the new menu.

This is the best place to go to if you want delicious food and a great selection of wine/spirits. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. It's the perfect date spot.

great mood! the coworkers were all amazing, the cocktails were stellar, and eating is spectacular. definitely recommend a strong one!
