We went for dinner twice. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful with selecting the dishes. First day we had egg biriyani, jeera aloo, lamb rogan gosh, and naan. Everything tasted very good. We had salt lassi and masala chai. All tasted very good. Since the food was good, we went the second day and ordered aloo matter, lamb rogan gosh, and naan. Was a little disappointed. The lamb was not the same as the day before. Apparently it was a different chef.
India Gate may not be a high-end restaurant, but the food is top-notch! The decor is simple and the setup is straightforward, but the taste of the dishes is amazing. We tried butter chicken, tandoori and tikka chicken boti, and garlic naan, all of which were absolutely delicious. We left completely satisfied with the generous portion sizes. If you find yourself in Goreme, this restaurant is a must-try!
Have been there several times for take-out and “very pleased every time”. The atmosphere is very welcoming to dine in or take-out. Staff is very friendly, welcoming with prompt efficient and courteous service. The food is excellent. I personally highly recommend this restaurant for its cultural cuisine. Excellent and super satisfied!

Excellent and authentic Indian food at reasonable prices. Good service. The items were freshly cooked. When we requested food to be spicy they actually made it Spivey instead of simply putting chili powder. That was impressive
We are vegetarian and finding a good Indian restaurant is very difficult specially when you travelling. Indiagate offered the best experience with good authentic Indian food and also with best service.
This restaurant is the worst. The food is terrible and the owner is very rude and unethical. They asked for the bill before we even had our meal. I do not recommend anyone to dine at this restaurant.
Great value, the family meal was plenty, and the fries were really good. The chicken though was a little disapointing, as it was clearly reheated and somewhat dry on the inside but still good. Réservez une table maintenant
Shobhit, the manager, is very welcoming. The Indian food here is excellent, the best in Bangkok and Pattaya. We tried the veg thali and it was absolutely delicious.
