The food and coffee were delicious, and the outdoor seating area had a charming European vibe. The only downside was that we were served water glasses that appeared to be used and not properly cleaned. After asking for a replacement, we were given dirty glasses with remnants of bread and coffee on them. Unsure of what was happening with their glassware, but serving dirty glasses to customers raises concerns about the hygiene standards of the restaurant. The average price per person was between A$40 and A$60.

I came here for a Sunday brunch. The place was easy to find, located on a leafy street. Ordered the king prawns pasta and Indigo fresh juice based on the waitress’ recommendation, and the food was decent. Atmosphere was okay, there was no special view or anything; but I sat inside and there were still quite a few Indian myna birds flying on and through tables etc. Service was quick. The experience was decent, but I feel like there wasn’t anything special to come back for.
Their listed prices are meaningless. They charge anything they feel like and if you’re brave enough to challenge them while all the Rolls Royce and Bentley owns gasp and stare in disbelief, who probably think privately ‘I wish I was as brave as him’ then you will get all the excuses how they justify it. You’ve probably already deduced I wasn’t really that brave which is why I wrote this incognito. Try it out what a rip off. Food: 3
The foods were pretty bland, the only exception is the chips, which requires minimal level of cooking. The presence of flies raised concerns about the establishment's cleanliness. The staff appeared unfriendly, bordering on cold, and the quality of service fell below the average standard expected in the Eastern suburbs. Very popular cafe with the locals, think it’s French inspired, lots of seating outdoors. Dishes were good, had the omelette with chorizo, tomatoes, spinach, bacon and gluten free bread. Butter came in a little plate on the skillet which was an odd choice because it just melted into a pool of oil. Serving sizes are massive so it kinda justifies the price.
Located in the heart of Double Bay, this cafe stands out as the best in the area for its exceptional food and excellent service. The avocado salmon tartare was a delightful surprise with its unique execution. Sundays are perfect for free parking and spotting supercars. Overall, this cafe receives top marks for its food, service, and atmosphere.
The restaurant serves fantastic food with a friendly staff that never fails to please. I highly recommend it for both the delicious dishes and great service. The atmosphere is also top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5 in all categories.
It’s okay but i’ve only been once. the area and outdoor seating is very nice and inviting. Prices are normal for the area and staff are great. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant
The best food, coffee and service in town!! Feels like sitting a European alfresco restaurant or maybe Hollywood.
