I visited Indochin Vietnamese for a late lunch and started with the vegetarian spring rolls, which were decent. While there were combination lunch specials available, we chose to order from the full menu. The main courses we had were excellent. The Hot and Spicy Tofu featured perfectly cooked tofu—crispy on the outside—served atop crisp, well-stir-fried carrots, broccoli, onions, snow peas, and cabbage. Edit 10/10/22: this place had been under new ownership for a few years now and it's not as good. Also seems not as Vietnamese, and more Thai. Service has taken a hit, and the food is more generic and uninspired. Original review: Best Vietnamese restaurant I've been to in the twin cities. I appreciate the little touches: the fried shallots, the two types of pork on the rice noodle salad, the pickled radish and carrot. The grilled meats are recognizable and actually grilled chunks of meat. It's not hugely different from other Vietnamese restaurants, but it's a little better and a little more thoughtful. I really like this place, they're right at the point, and their food is great. Spicy Cashew Chicken, and the egg rolls are my favorite, and my wife can't have enough of the sweet and sour soup. Your lunch is also an incredible thing; it's a big bang for your buck. You make a great deal, but just order the phone. Your website is indochingrandave.squarespace.com. This can be different from what is displayed on the Google page (Gogles error, not the restaurants). This can be a good general tip for all Google card lists.
Excellent service, food and staff. Eat for the first time and will not be our last. I ordered the pad to see ew with tofu and absolutely love it. My husband got the hot and spicy chicken, will definitely have leftovers, but we love this in our house. What I enjoyed most was the egg drop soup, I loved it as I was a child and I always order and quite disappointed at most restaurants, but that's the best I had so far! So many complex flavors in a simple dish. Can't wait back!

There is only one other review for Indochina and it actually for the restaurant that was located in the same place Huong Sen. I have only had take out at Indochina a couple of times but both times it was very good. All the veggies were fresh and not at all over cooked. Great sauces. Good prices.
My go-to order is the sweet soup and vegetarian spring rolls, which I usually share with a friend, along with the hot and spicy tofu. I wouldn’t recommend sharing everything, though—the soup and spring rolls make a perfect lunch on their own.
Egg rolls are legendary. I was in the mood for something mellow, so ordered the chow mein. Tasty gravy and tons of chicken and veggies. Family liked liked the Conge and hot spicy soup. Service was excellent. Even got rock star parking.
I usually get the vegetable soup and share the vegetarian spring rolls with my dining partner, while I enjoy the hot and spicy tofu on my own. The soup and spring rolls create a delicious lunch combination.

The menu is big. Service and atmosphere was ok. I had the Pho, which was good. I have had better. The pork egg rolls were large and delicious.
My experience was absolutely incredible. Amazing food and huge portions. I have the Pho Combo, nothing shy of amazing.
