I have set up a date for the tour industrious aliso viejo today. on Friday I realized that many places are closed today, I decided to call them (during the office hours) to find out if they were still open to the tour. I have worked in the TechSpace building for just over a year now and cannot say enough positive things about it! The building and grounds are beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained and the café is a terrific option for those days when you have limited time to break away or simply want to do a working lunch. There are also plenty of stylish and functional lounge areas which are perfect if you need to step out to make private calls or just relax for a few minutes. But beyond all of that, it is the TechSpace team that really stands out. Best office space I've rented. Here are the things that are really good about Techspace: After hours security is great. Daytime security is also great because there's always at least 2 types of keys needed to get to your office. My office was quiet, internet was reliable. Lighting and airflow was good. It was a fantastic place to concentrate. Front desk reception was always really polite. A couple of things they don't have that I think would make it better: More toilets only one bathroom per floor means waiting for a stall sometimes which is annoying when you're in a hurry. Free filtered water and coffee most office spaces have something like that in the common area, but they do not.

The offices are well-maintained, and the building staff is friendly and consistently attentive. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and they have followed COVID guidelines seamlessly. There are several great perks to working here, including on-site fitness facilities, a café, weekly breakfast provided by building management, and occasional seasonal coffee hours. My only wish is that the fitness center had earlier opening hours and weekend availability. However, the fact that it is free for office employees is a significant advantage. If you're considering renting a space here, I would definitely recommend it.
I've been working at Techspace for over a year and truly enjoy it. The offices are clean and well-equipped, the internet is fast and reliable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, there’s a café on-site that offers delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff also organizes regular events, including cocktail gatherings and dessert parties. I've visited many other offices in the area, and I can confidently say that Techspace is the best. You could pay significantly more elsewhere and still not receive nearly the same level of quality and service. I’m excited to continue my work here!
Our Company was a tenant in TechSpace for five years. The facilities were great and the staff was excellent to work with. We moved spaces 3 different times as we grew and they were always very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.
Delicious! The Techspace Café is a hidden gem. I dine here at least once a week, and the quality is consistently excellent. Their breakfast burritos and Chipotle avocado turkey sandwiches are a must-try! Definitely worth a visit.
