Ingleby Arms - Réserver une table

my wife and I decided that we deserved a Saturday dinner and as we had visited here before the pandemic and enjoyed the experience we have booked a table. we arrived on time and after we got a drink at the bar in a few minutes, we were on our table. our waitress was especially helpful in the choice of red wine. Unfortunately there was no current weinliste to go through, but our own wine tasting of two red solved the problem. apparently her carvery was up, but we both decided to order mixed grills from the menu to suppe and garlauch mushrooms for beginners. it would have been rude to both of us to be done with a sweet and coffee. the restaurant was by no means full, but there was a steady flow of diners during our time there. it is fair to say that we both enjoyed our meal at this place and we will return to the future.

wow has been here for over two years not for a meal, I was so excited to have one of the beautiful carverys there. wow was i disapointed all there meat is pre-cut and heated in a microwave that so dry and chew the meat. frozen yorkshire puddings and bratkartoffeln. also the carrots were either chewing or very boiled! what was most enjoyable was the gravure! the first time in two years and will not come again for years.

Amazing service firstly waitresses and bar staff lovely and accommodating seated at a table on the terrace as the weather was glorious had chilli chicken skewers and drinks food was delicious, time scale was perfect and all round a lovely enjoyable experience will definitely return,...in my opinion the best meal for miles

The food here is lovely, though the service is quite slow. We came as a family of 4 and the food was delicious, good portion sizes and the deserts were lovely. The service was slow when it came to bringing drinks to the table and...organising the bill. Facilities were very clean and I would come again,

Always a fantastic home cooked meal. Staff welcome you very quickly. Always very accomadating and food is very tasty. If you have to wait a little bit, it is totally worthwhile.
